1.1. To become a member of Evergreen Harmony Club, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

1.2. Membership fees are non-refundable except in circumstances where the club is unable to provide the promised services.

5. Garden Plot Responsibilities

5.1. Members with assigned garden plots are responsible for maintaining their plots in a neat and orderly fashion.

5.2. The use of synthetic pesticides is prohibited in all club garden areas.

5.3. Plots not maintained for 30 days may be reassigned at the discretion of the club management.

6. Event Participation

6.1. Participation in club events and workshops may require separate registration.

6.2. Some events may have age restrictions or require signed waivers for participation.

6.3. Event fees are typically non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the club.
